About me
I’m a sports enthusiast, event manager at heart, and lately, a mental health coach. Over the years, I’ve learned that we can only create the best possible conditions for athletes if we also take care of ourselves. Recognizing the growing need for mental health support in today’s world, I decided to combine my professional experience and passion to help make the sports environment a healthier, safer, and more supportive space.
